Jamaican food-and-drinks shaper Seprod has sold its biscuits portion International Biscuits Limited.

The biscuits business makes products nether brands including Butterkist and Snackables. It besides manufactures products for different marque owners, specified arsenic Ovaltine and Miss Birdie.
