Dessert Holdings Acquires Us Pie Maker Willamette

US-based Dessert Holdings has expanded its portfolio of desserts pinch nan acquisition of Willamette Valley Pie Company.

Financial position were not disclosed.  

Minnesota-headquartered Dessert Holdings said nan acquisition of pastry and dessert products shaper Willamette “complements” its scope of products sold to unit and foodservice customers. 

Willamette offers consumers and retailers “highly customisable, hand-crafted” consequence pies, cobblers and desserts, Dessert Holdings.

Dessert Holdings, owned by Bain Capital since 2021, offers brands specified arsenic Steven Charles, The Original Cakerie and Lawler’s Desserts.  

Paul Lapadat, nan CEO of Dessert Holdings, said: “Willamette holds a unique marketplace position, having garnered a profoundly loyal following, forged cardinal connections pinch section growers and suppliers, and established long-standing relationships pinch starring retailers.”
