Cocktail Of The Week: Tiny Wine's’ Tierra Roja – Recipe | The Good Mixer

This smoky, deep-red cocktail takes its cue from our Latin roots, but pinch a seasonal twist. The operation of mezcal, tequila and vermouth is warming and vibrant, while pomegranate and rosemary lend a wintertime accent that makes it arsenic fitting for a Christmas gathering arsenic for a relaxing nighttime in.

Serves 1

25ml tequila blanco
25ml reddish vermouth
10ml mezcal
5ml agave syrup
25ml pomegranate juice
A fewer pomegranate seeds, to garnish
1 mini rosemary sprig, to garnish

Measure each nan liquids into a shaker, adhd a large fistful of ice, past shingle hard. Strain into a tumbler filled pinch caller ice, garnish and serve.
