Cocktail Of The Week: As Above, So Below’s Cerveza Cooler – Recipe | The Good Mixer

A refreshing yet punchy Mexican brew and mezcal aperitivo.

The cerveza cooler

Serves 1

40ml bully mezcal – we usage Zacal Manso Sahuayo
10ml caller lime juice
10ml elderflower cordial
Lemonade, to taste
Mexican lager, to sensation – we usage Corona, though you could spell heavier pinch Modelo
1 lime wheel, to garnish
1 cucumber slice, to garnish

Measure nan mezcal, lime juice and cordial into a gangly solid (or jug), past adhd crystal and stir. Top pinch nan lemonade and lager to taste, garnish pinch nan lime instrumentality and cucumber portion and serve.
